For fraternities, Alpha Tau Omega came out as the winner of this year's dance competition and Sigma Chi won the overall philanthropy.
Conquer Paralysis Now began as the Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation after Schmidt suffered a spinal injury during a racing accident. Schmidt was a founding member of the Lambda Omega Sigma Chapter at Pepperdine which evolved into the Psi Upsilon chapter that is on campus today.
